The Finance & Budget Office is dedicated to providing efficient cost savings for the City-County. The office is responsible for annual finance reporting of the City-County's expenditures.
The Butte-Silver Bow Finance & Budget Office has received the highest possible award, the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting, from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
The mission of the office is to ensure that the city and county's financial resources are protected through sound financial management, including allocation of resources consistent with community goals and providing timely, accurate, and reliable information that will assist in making informed decisions.

- Purchasing / Payments
