Hike Through History

Hike Through HIstory Logo

Hit these five hikes to take a literal walk through Butte history. From the West Side Mansions to the trails at Thompson Park, this series of hikes will offer information and exercise every Thursday morning for five weeks.

Join the Butte Archives, the BSB Health Department, and Parks and Recreation at 8:30 am every Thursday from July 11 through August 8 for a “walk and talk”. Each hike will be led by skillful professionals that will share history and information on each hike. Each walk is free but a $5 donation is suggested with proceeds going to Friends and the Archives and the Local Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening Fund.

Snacks and water will be provided. Dress appropriately for the weather; wear good walking shoes. No dogs allowed.
