We will not be returning calls or emails at this time regarding this matter. It is much faster and easier for you to ask the dealership or your bank which office they sent your paperwork to, or if it has even been sent yet, rather than asking us. It may be several days after you contact us before we are able to get back to you. A title clerk or loan officer will be able to answer your questions much sooner.
If you purchased your vehicle out of state, we further recommend contacting your dealership's title clerk to request the tracking information for your title packet. This will give you a better idea of when your paperwork will arrive, if it has been signed for by a clerk at one of our offices, and which address it was actually sent to.
