The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the enforcing officer of the Building & Code Enforcement Office in the enforcement of Butte-Silver Bow Municipal Code or the laws of the state pertaining to zoning. The Board also hears and decides special exceptions to the terms of zoning ordinances and resolutions.
