Pre-application meetings are an integral part of the application process.
All land use applications must be submitted for a pre-application meeting. This includes subdivision proposals, Conditional Use Permit and Special Use Permit proposals, Use Variance requests and Zone Change Requests. The pre-application meeting is recommended for any proposed development projects that may have a significant impact on its surrounding area or on county services.
