Butte-Silver Bow will conduct a Tax Deed Sale in the Council of Commissioners’ Chamber on the third floor of the Butte-Silver Bow Courthouse (155 W. Granite Street) at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5. These properties are auctioned “As Is” and Butte-Silver Bow, does not, and will not guarantee “Warranty of Title.” As with all Tax Deed Sale Public Auction, you are required to be present in person, there is no internet or phone-in bidding. A list of properties is available at: http://www.bsb-mt.us/DocumentCenter/View/8303, this list along with a map is also on display on the first floor under the rotunda of the Butte-Silver Bow Courthouse and will be updated each Monday between now and Auction day.
