[ARCHIVED] Notice of Sale of Government Owned Property

To be sold at Public Auction the 26th day of August 2020, at 9:00 AM., Daylight Savings Time, in the Courthouse Building, Third Floor, Council of Commissioners Chambers, Room# 312, 155 West Granite Street, Butte-Silver Bow County, State of Montana. 

The Council of Commissioners may sell the following described real property, to-wit: for cash:

1)     For any Real Estate parcel or Vacant parcel sold at Public Auction, the purchaser must pay the entire amount of the purchase price in full at the time of the auction. All Building & Technical Code Permits can be purchased at the Building Code Department located at the BSB Courthouse, 155 W Granite St, 1st Floor, Room 108, Butte, MT., 59701 

2)     All property will be sold free of all delinquent taxes, except liens for taxes which may have been attached subsequent to the sale, and further, except the lien for any special or local improvement assessments levied against the property, which are payable after execution of such deed: Chapter 18, of title 15, Montana Code Annotated (MCA). All property is sold subject to Easements, Zoning Regulations, Superfund (CERCLA) Restrictions, and Flood Plain Regulations.
