The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 18, 2021, at 12:00 PM. for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the community development needs and priorities of Butte-Silver Bow for economic development, housing and community revitalization, and public facilities, and particularly as those needs affect low and moderate income persons. The City and County of Butte-Silver Bow is considering submitting an application to the Montana Department of Commerce for a Community Development Block Grant – Program (CDBG) grant and wants to obtain public comment on the needs of the community. The City and County of Butte-Silver Bow will discuss the purpose if the CDBG Programs and the variety of activities eligible for funding. At the public hearing, everyone will be given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the needs of Butte-Silver Bow and the types of projects that should be considered and their relative priority.
