We have had many calls about our Online Payment System not working. The Online platform was updated and with that update AVS Mismatch Security was included for our customers protection. What this means is that you must key the address that your credit card company has on file as your physical address. You would have had to provide this when you applied for your credit card and may or may not have updated with your credit card company as you moved. If you are unsure of the physical address you need to call the number on the back of your credit card and verify it. This is the address that needs to be entered into the billing address fields of the Online Payment System. Your credit card company then tries to verify the information you entered. If it matches your payment will process. If it does not match your payment will not process. All fields in the Online Payment System must be filled out, please be sure you enter the Country.
