The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 25, 2021, at 12:00 PM. for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the proposed improvements and development of transitional/affordable housing options at the Phoenix Building. The City and County of Butte-Silver Bow – Community Development Department is considering submitting an application to the Montana Department of Commerce related to this project.  At the public meeting, everyone will be given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the proposed plans and review the project to be considered.

 

Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing before 5:00 PM, October 27, 2021.  Anyone who would like more information or who wants to submit questions or comments should contact Karen Byrnes, Community Development Director, 406-497-6467 or kbyrnes@bsb.mt.gov.
