[ARCHIVED] Meeting on Greeley neighborhood improvements October 6

The Community Development Department of Butte-Silver Bow invites the public to attend a neighborhood meeting at the Racetrack Fire Hall, 2344 Grand Avenue, on Monday, October 6 at 5:30 p.m. City-county staff will present information related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) planning grant the Community Development office received to study infrastructure-related needs in a targeted area of the Greeley neighborhood.

Water and Environmental Technologies (WET) of Butte has been hired to conduct the analysis and will primarily be focusing on storm water infrastructure, curbs and gutters, and sidewalks. WET’s analysis will also address water pressure and lighting needs.

This meeting will provide some initial findings to the neighborhood and give residents the opportunity to participate in the process and offer feedback.

For more information on community-oriented projects and programs, visit the Butte-Silver Bow website at www.bsb.mt.gov and click on ‘Community Development’ under the ‘Community’ tab. Residents can also submit their input on Greeley neighborhood needs in writing or in person to the Community Development Department in the Butte courthouse at 155 West Granite Street, Room 115, or use the contact form on the Butte-Silver Bow website.
