Please be advised, however, that at this time and for the purposes of the meeting, the Planning Board has not received nor will they be considering any official proposal to change the ordinance. The meeting was organized as a working session in response to Commissioner Palmer's brief letter referred to the Planning Board asking for a review of the pertinent regulations and subsequently, Board recommendations on any changes that would be in the public interest.
Toward that end, the Planning staff has prepared a brief presentation on the current provisions of the zoning ordinance, including the system and criteria used to classify mobile homes, the residential zoning districts as related to mobile homes (and mobile home parks), and more.
