Christopher Borton will hold his annual eight-week winter yoga course from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 5 through Feb. 23, at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1621 Thornton.
The Hatha Yoga class is every Monday and is designed for the beginner and intermediate student and will help you increase flexibility and strength, as well as offer techniques for deep relaxation. Borton is yoga certified through the Sivananda Vedanta Center and has been providing yoga instruction for over 20 years. A portion of the proceeds is donated towards Aldersgate.
