NorthWestern Energy on Tuesday announced its donation of $300,000 split among five entities -- including $60,000 to the Butte YMCA.
The donations are part of the company’s Community Works program, which supports the communities where our customers and employees live and work.
“These are unique, one-time donations that we were pleased to be able to make as we closed out 2014,” said Bob Rowe, NorthWestern’s chief executive officer. “They are intended to complement our ongoing Community Works efforts, which include local contributions, scholarships, economic development support, and – especially – volunteerism.”
