BUTTE – Butte-Silver Bow has launched a survey for the community to weigh in on what it thinks Butte-Silver Bow should prioritize for the 2015-2016 budget. Chief Executive Matt Vincent explains, “Ensuring our community can voice their opinion on the priorities and formation of their local government’s annual budget is paramount to its success. I am confident that by increasing the number of venues in which our citizens can provide input, we will gain more insights into what they want and feel they are willing and able to afford.” The survey includes questions on budget priorities, governmental department, service satisfaction and more. You can access the survey at the following web address: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HNYFWBM. There will also be links to it on Butte-Silver Bow’s website and various social media accounts. In addition to the survey, Butte-Silver Bow will be hosting a number of focus meetings, in addition to the standard public budget hearings required by law.
