BUTTE – On September 16, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., in The Council of Commissioners’ Chamber on the third floor of the Butte-Silver Bow Courthouse (155 W. Granite Street in Butte), Butte-Silver Bow will be holding its annual Tax Deed Sale-Auction, with a subsequent auction to be held in February 2016 for properties that remain unsold. The Butte-Silver Bow Land Records Department has compiled a list of properties that are currently up for auction as well as a map that the public are encouraged to reference. Both the property list and map are available on right hand side of the Land Records Page (http://www.co.silverbow.mt.us/156/Land-Records) of the Butte-Silver Bow Website. As some parcels are redeemed, the list of properties available will be updated every Wednesday through Wednesday, September 16. Additionally, there is an enlarged map and list on display in the rotunda of the Butte-Silver Bow Courthouse.
