BUTTE – The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow, Montana, acting through its Community Development Office seeks proposals (RFP) for the expenditure of the one mill levied by the City-County for economic development. Interested parties may submit proposals for expenditure of all or part of this one mill levy. Guidelines for submitting proposals for Economic Development will be available from the Clerk and Recorder’s Office, Second Floor, Room 208, Courthouse, 155 West Granite, Butte, MT 59701.
The responses to the RFP must be returned to the Clerk and Recorder’s Office at or prior to 5:00 pm, Wednesday, October 21, 2015, Second Floor, Room 208, Courthouse, 155 West Granite, Butte, MT 59701. The response to the RFP must have a cover sheet with the following contact information: 1) Name, 2) Address, 3) Phone Number, 4) E-mail address of who is submitting the response, and 5) The amount requested 6) Entity handling the money. All responses will be publicly opened during the Council of Commissioner’s meeting at 7:30 pm. Please submit seven (7) copies of your proposal.
