The Butte-Silver Bow Parks and Recreation Department has set up a number of Christmas tree drop off sites for members of our community to make recycling this seasons’
Tree easier. The drop off sites will be:
- Mullin and Main Streets;
- North Civic Center Parking Lot;
- Utah Avenue and Sampson Street;
- Southeast Corner of Platinum Street and Excelsior Avenue;
- Skyline Park; and
- The High Altitude Skating Rink parking lot.
In order to recycle your tree at one of these locations, it must be free of lights, ornaments, nails, or screws of any type, and cannot be attached to a stand. Tree recycling is provided free of charge and will run through January 24, 2016
