The Butte-Silver Bow Animal Services Department would like to remind citizens that Butte-Silver Bow five-year dog licenses purchased in 2011 will expire in 2016. Licenses expire on the last day of the month five years from the month of issuance. In accordance with ordinance, 6.04.150 all dogs residing in Butte-Silver Bow must have a current license. If you have not licensed your dog in the past, please do so as soon as possible to remain in compliance with the ordinance. Speak with your veterinarian to set up a vaccine schedule, to keep your pet’s rabies vaccine current, as the license will expire if the rabies vaccination becomes overdue. To renew dog licenses, bring a copy of your dog’s current rabies certificate to the Animal Services office at 699 Centennial where you will then be able to purchase a new five year or lifetime license.

Animal Services accept cash or check payments and pricing as follows:
5 year - $25.00
Lifetime- $75.00

Senior Pricing (62 and over)
5 year- $18.75
Lifetime- $56.25
