[ARCHIVED] Honorary Citizenship for the Pipes and Drums of the Edmonton Police Service

In recognition of over 30 years of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Butte, Butte-Silver Bow Chief Executive Matt Vincent will bestow Butte-Silver Bow honorary citizenship on the members of the Pipes and Drums of the Edmonton Police Service. The ceremony will take place during their stop at The Springs at Butte, 300 Mount Highland Dr., tomorrow, March 16, at 11:45 a.m.

“Over the past 30 years, The Pipes and Drums have been an integral part of Butte’s storied St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and our deep Irish heritage,” said Vincent, “I am honored to extend to the band honorary citizenship to Butte-Silver Bow and to maintain this unique and close friendship into the future.”
