Butte-Silver Bow is inviting proposals for development of four properties. The objective of this invitation for proposals is to offer the properties for private redevelopment, use, and ownership. In achieving this objective, Butte-Silver Bow expects to secure property-related benefits such as infill redevelopment, neighborhood and community enhancement, and property tax revenues. Interested parties may obtain a complete Developers’ Packet, containing the requirements, minimum purchase price and conditions for proposals from the Butte-Silver Bow Clerk and Recorder's Office, Room 208, Butte-Silver Bow County Courthouse, 155 W. Granite Street, Butte, Montana.
Complete proposals are due by June 14 at 5:00 p.m. Please also review the RFP announcements on the Butte-Silver Bow Website at: http://co.silverbow.mt.us/Bids.aspx?BidID=42. All properties will be open for inspection from NOON to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19 and Tuesday, May 24.
