The Butte-Silver Bow Health Department and the Montana Arthritis Program are teaming up to sponsor “Walk with Ease” a FREE 6-week walking group for those who would like to start or maintain a low-impact exercise program. Designed for all fitness levels, this group offers an encouraging social atmosphere with certified instructors.
