The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow, Montana, acting through its Community Development Office seeks proposals (RFP) for the expenditure of the one mill levied by the City-County for economic development.  Interested parties may submit proposals for expenditure of all or part of this one mill levy.  Guidelines for submitting proposals for the Economic Development Mill Levy Funds, will be on the Butte-Silver Bow website or by calling Barbara Davies, Secretary, Council of Commissioners at (406) 497-6219.

The responses to the RFP must be 1) Sent electronically to Barbara Davies, Secretary, Council of Commissioners at   by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 5, 2023. The response to the RFP must have a cover sheet with the following contact information:  1) Name, 2) Address, 3) Phone Number, 4) E-mail address of who is submitting the response, and 5) The amount requested 6) Entity handling the money.   All responses will be opened during the Council of Commissioner’s meeting on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 7:30 pm.  Any questions relative to this project should be referred to:
